1. Information We Collect

When you use Pathworks Blueprint or Pathworks Compass, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you when you access either assessment. Used to deliver your results, link your Blueprint to your Compass, and contact you about your account.
• Assessment responses — your slider ratings on the Blueprint, and your direction-and-capital input on the Compass. Used solely to generate your personalized reports via AI.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or see your card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Technical data — basic analytics (page views, session data, device type, referring source) collected via Google Analytics (gtag.js). We use this only in aggregated form to understand site usage and improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized Pathworks Blueprint and Compass results
• Send your results to your email address via Resend (our transactional email provider)
• Add your contact details to our CRM (Zoho) so we can follow up if needed and keep a record of your assessments
• Issue follow-up bonus coupons after a paid Compass purchase, locked to your email so only you can use them
• Improve the product based on anonymous, aggregated usage data

We do not use your responses for any purpose other than generating your reports and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Pathworks Blueprint and Pathworks Compass:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude — AI report generation. Your responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your results. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Supabase — secure database storage for access codes, assessment results, and bonus coupons. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery of your Blueprint and Compass reports. Resend Privacy Policy
• Zoho CRM — contact management. Your email address may be stored as a contact record. Zoho Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics. Helps us understand which pages perform well and where visitors come from. Google Privacy Policy
• Netlify — website hosting and deployment. Netlify Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

Your email address and assessment results are stored securely in our database. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@changingtribes.com.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR and CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@changingtribes.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure usage in aggregate. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. Stripe may set cookies as part of its payment processing; these are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We do not use additional cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

Pathworks Blueprint and Pathworks Compass are intended for adults (18+) making career and life decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
